Reflections are similar to journal entries, and can be a video or audio recording, or in written format. Keeping a journal, no matter the format, is always a good idea for Construction Safety professionals. Journals are an effective tool in capturing plans, action items, and even just thoughts throughout the day. Making a record of these things allows for them to be revisited and utilized when needed at a later date, which can prove to be beneficial in problem-solving.

Record a 4-5 minute video and discuss at least two parts of the Week 1 learning materials were of most interest to you and provide at least two reasons why. Also include 3 topics that you want to learn more about in this course and one reason for each of the 3 topics on why you want to learn more about that topic. Also include how you plan to use or apply these topics in your professional sphere or career path, either after you complete the course or after you complete your degree at the college.
