One of the primary and on-going tasks of a construction safety professional is to identify hazards, assess gaps in safety programs and provide solutions to these issues. OSHA has a number of online, effective, and easy-to-use to assist construction safety professionals with these efforts.

- Complete an advising session with the OSHA Hazard Awareness Advisor e-Tool linked here.
- Select “Construction” as your industry and 1-3 issues in each section of the e-Tool and generate a report at the end of the session.
- Create a.pdf file of the report and upload it to Canvas
- Create Infographic to be used as a visual presentation of construction safety issues that need to be prioritized and addressed in a given workplace. Select 4 of the sections in the report to display in your infographic.
- In each of the 4 sections that you select, include one of the recommendations that OSHA gave you.
- Remember, an infographic is meant to clearly and succinctly convey information visually. This infographic should summarize the key information of the OSHA report so that employees who view the infographic do not need to read the whole report.
