Discuss your opinion on why implementing a good safety program is considered an ethical responsibility of a construction company. Include in your post three primary responsibilities of company leaders with respect to creating a good safety culture within a company.
Responses (due by Sunday):
Provide responses to two different classmate’s where you discuss whether employees have an ethical responsibility to adhere to their employers safety program requirements. Also include an example (either from your own personal experience or from research on the internet) of when and employee or an employer cut corners implementing or following safety program requirements and what was the result.
